Casinoland - Stalling payment without explanation or help

I processed a withdrawal of $550 on July 3rd. I put the wrong bank code and advised them right away. They were to lazy to fix the issue. We are July 12th and they still are making up excuses. No payment. No resolution

As mentioned above you entered the wrong payment information, we therefore had to recall the funds from the bank. This is not an instant process and we had to wait to receive the funds before crediting back to your account.

The process was explained on live chat but I’m sorry if you feel you were not adequately informed. As of July 13th, the funds have been returned to us and credited to your account ready for withdrawal.
