Stalling my withdrawal for weeks

I want to complain about Indio Casino and my delayed withdrawal at this casino. On the 24th of January I decided to withdraw my money from this casino (around 831) euro's and it has been in pending state since then. I am aware that they have a 96 hours pending period. I find this very unfortunate and I am afraid that they won't pay out my winnings at all. When I contact them they say that they "escalated" my situation to management, but I still haven't heard anything from them. I must have contacted them 6 or 7 times by now with every time the same response. So the communication from their side is also very poor and misleading. They make false promises that my withdrawal is currently in the processing queue, but it has been in this "queue" for over 10 days now.

Currently it has been 2 weeks since I did a withdrawal request. I am afraid that they won't pay at all. I really believe that they delay on purpose so that people will get sick of waiting and reverse the withdrawal.

Delayed payment of INR 50000

I played on Indio casino by depositing and availing their bonus. Completed the paythrough requirements. Finally had about INR 79000 as cash. I put in a withdrawal request of INR 50000 on May 19 2019. Till date I have not received my money. Standard response on live chats are "finance department is looking into it", " We have escalated your issue". Very disappointed with the casino.

Delayed Payment Again

My username is ICR85286932. Casino has not been paying the withdrawal and everytime I hear the reason as it's stuck with finance team. I had requested for withdrawal on 22nd May and till now I have no news about it. Even after multiple follow ups, nothing has moved. Even complaints or escalations dont work at this casino. No where to go or no place where concerns can be raised for this casino. Please help and advice.

Delayed Payment & No Response

I've been a regular player at Indio Casino for quite a few years now. I've never had any issues apart form the last few months.Even the earlier payouts were made though delayed by a few days (which is acceptable)

But now the consolidated value to be paid from 2 winnings is 160,000 INR. I was promised in the first week of May that I will receive the amount on May 14th 2019. After that there has been no response to my emails. For a few days the support team attended calls and replied on chat saying the same thing repeatedly that the Finance team is working on it and I should wait. I'm not given a definite timeline too.

The casino has friendly staff who've always supported me, but the last few weeks and the way I've been ignored and my payments stalled is really not the way I expected from Indio Casino. From what I understand the Finance team sits elsewhere and the support just needs to conatct them and wait for a response there's nothing much they can do apart from waiting for the finance team. But for a player it gets really frustrating with no response and such delay in payouts

Amount of 1000 INR not credited till date

On 14 th June I deposited INR1000 IN HDFC BANK as per casino instructions and sent mail to cashier enclosing copy ofICICI bank transaction note no 816522314581 on same day,again as per instructions.Sent reminder mail to cashier on 15th.No response..Tried "24 hr live chat" but all i got was message that it was not active and I should try after sometime.Normally deposit is credited in 1/2 hrs after sending them mailwith proof.Today 15 days have passed but no credit. About 10 days back I recd mail from casino saying there were technical difficulties ,being sorted out and my problem will be attended shortly.No change so far and LIVE CHAT shows same message today.
