I want to complain about Indio Casino and my delayed withdrawal at this casino. On the 24th of January I decided to withdraw my money from this casino (around 831) euro's and it has been in pending state since then. I am aware that they have a 96 hours pending period. I find this very unfortunate and I am afraid that they won't pay out my winnings at all. When I contact them they say that they "escalated" my situation to management, but I still haven't heard anything from them. I must have contacted them 6 or 7 times by now with every time the same response. So the communication from their side is also very poor and misleading. They make false promises that my withdrawal is currently in the processing queue, but it has been in this "queue" for over 10 days now.

Currently it has been 2 weeks since I did a withdrawal request. I am afraid that they won't pay at all. I really believe that they delay on purpose so that people will get sick of waiting and reverse the withdrawal.
