Delayed payments,cancelled withdrawals and no reply for days from accounting

This casino has been good to start with,i won money ,played all of the wagering requirements ,my id documents were approved and i have recieved 3 payments of $500,4 payment has been appoved on the 6th feb 2017 ,im still waiting for it for the last 12days . I put in for another withdrawal after 24hr it was cancelled.the account manager said i have to contact accounting@7reels.com but could not give me any information on why.i have contacted accounting@7reels.com multiple times since this with no reply,how am i supposed to get my winnings when no one will reply?i still havent recieved my 4th withdrawal which was approved on the 6th feb said accounting@7reels.com which was the last i spoke with accounting ,now no reply.i feel raughted of money,whats the point of winning if i dont receive it all?

Hi 7reels, yes my paper work has been verified and approved by security and now been also approved by accounting
Which i was told it had already been appoved before (funnily enough )
Now youse are asking me to get id documents off yet another partnered casino Rich casino ,now i have to wait yet again to be approved by rich and then by you 7reels for the same documentation, what the hell? And to top it off one of my approved withdrawals as mentioned above for the 6th febuary, never made it to my account, instead of giving me the reference number for this withdrawal you want my bank statement for February ,which i will do but i want this reference number firstly to check with my bank .i have already sent id documents from my card ,the same card i have used with you and all partnered casinos ,as i only have one card ,you could have just verified over the phone to your other partnered casinos instead of yet another obstacle! As i said before this is beond ridiculous, im sure alot of other askgamblers can agree , why would anyone think of depositing at your or your partnered casinos after the many complaints from like me ,other ppl who have been patiently ripped off ! Cos so far i havent seen anymore money in my bank account from u 7reels.
