Loco Panda Casino - Delayed Payment on winnings

To whom this concerns,
On April,17, 2014. I Had Won A Sum of money, playing the three wheel slot.

I Had Requested a withdraw. all information was e-mailed to me needed by there Verification Dept. I Was Approved .
My Initial withdrawl was 1,706.00 Dollars.
After waiting several Days, I Called, I spoke with
A Casino Manager, I was told to Go On, ClickTurbine, the amount Approved for Withdraw by the Verification Dept. was, For One Thousand Dollars?? As of todays date, 05/02.2014 there has not been a transfer made to my Personal Account, Peoples United Bank.
All of my personal banking information was e-mailed to locopandas verification dept!!
I Was Given An Apology By Locopanda Mgmt.
and The Company, ClickTurbine, However I Was not told the reason for the delay?????

This case has been reopened upon casino management's request. They would like to have all their existing complaints solved and we gladly give this case one more try for a successful resolution.
