Delay in Withdrawal, Reason Not Even In Terms and Conditions


It has now been over 24 hours since I initiated a withdrawal from Fortune Jack in the amount of 14 btc. When I processed the withdrawal I received a notification stating "Your Withdrawal Has Been Approved", however I soon realized it had not been approved and was listed as pending in my transaction record. When I first asked what was causing the delay in an email with no response , I contacted support on the live chat where I was told that because of the amount that they needed at most 24 hours to verify everything was above board. Seeing as this is a large amount of money , roughly $14,000 USD at the current exchange rate, I could understand the need to double check. After about 12 hours I asked again on live chat if I could get an update and a possible estimate of when I could expect to have my withdrawal approved, I was then told by a different tech, Carrie, that there was no change and that instead of 24 hours I would need to wait up to 48 hours. Today at roughly 23 hours past first processing the transaction I asked again for an update. Anne the tech at the time informed me that there was no change and no way of contacting the fraud department in which it was being reviewed by. My issue is that 1) Fortune Jack claims to have instant withdrawal approvals, 2) The only stipulation in the terms and conditions on the site states that if the amount is 100 btc or greater that Fortune Jack may spread out the payment over a 10 month period. 3) No one has even attempted to initiate any contact with me concerning this matter not by email or other means. 4) No one seems to be able to have the ability to establish contact with the Fraud Department. 5) No one can tell me what is causing the review to take this long weather there is a problem or not and there is no communication coming from this Fraud Department. 6) The majority of the winnings came from a single slot game, so investigating the games should be rather simple to verify if the game was malfunctioning or not. 7) I have been a depositing member of this site for over a year consistently depositing and rarely coming out ahead, the have no problem taking my money when I lose but now that I win I seem to be getting a delay tactic to avoid paying what I won and I'm being told that what they are doing is a standard procedure yet no where in there own terms and conditions is any such review mentioned in any way at all. I kept to my obligations under the terms and conditions yet they are not meeting theirs.

Yes my withdrawal was approved after almost 4 days and while I agree that reviews to ensure legitimacy should occur, the amount of time and the lack of insight to the process should be addressed by your team. While I understand that this was a holiday weekend it was also a major gambling weekend and I believe the majority of the delay was only due to the fact that no one was working that was able to complete the review, from the conversations with support it became apparent they were unable to contact anyone either. You state this review is a standard procedure regulated by your T&C's however unless you have another set of T&C for your internal business, there is no mention of any such review within the T&C's posted on your site. The only mention of any delay is in regards to withdrawals of 100 BTC or more and how the payout may be spread out over a 10 month period, this is the only wording on the matters of delayed withdrawals I could find.

While I thank you for the bonus offer, I'd much rather see an updated T&C's and better information sharing when these delays do occur, being told repeatedly "It's with Fraud Team" and being told that I can not speak nor do I need to speak to anyone in a higher position then the base level chat support is an internal business problem I believe you should address. However I would like to give kudos to Anne, Carrie, and Monica as I was not very easy at times to deal with and considering the limitations they had in the matter they were extremely patient with an agitated at times customer.

Unjustified confiscation of $1,825

On June 7, I registered on the site and made the first deposit of 1300$. June 8 After the game, I won and asked for money for withdrawal. Immediately received a notification in the mail - you need to pass the KYC verification. On the same day I passed it, and the next day I received a payment. Now my account is fully verified! It is important! On June 10, I make a deposit of 1200 dollars. I lose everything. June 11th I deposit $1900. I lose everything. June 16 I make a deposit of 2000 $. After the game, my account becomes 6375$. On June 20 in the morning I make a withdrawal request. Fortunjack won't pay out my money citing some standard check... June 21 in the evening they send me an email saying that my account was linked to some other account, which was previously blocked for some bad actions and now all my winnings are canceled! I that I can only take the deposit because they are so kind! As a result, my deposit was 6375 dollars, and they allowed me to withdraw only 4550 dollars!!! $1,825 was withheld!

I repeat once again - my account has been fully verified! While I was losing, Fortunjack turned a blind eye to everything??? Or was there no connection? But as soon as you saw a large amount on my account, you immediately didn’t want to pay???

Now my account is already blocked. Fortunjack covers his tracks very quickly. If you ask me to make new screenshots, I won't be able to make them for you. But I have done some.

Fortunjack is not consistent in his actions! A fully verified account suddenly decided to be accused of having links with some other accounts! Clearly a scam! Fortunejack, you can close the dialogue by mail! And here you will have to answer for your theft! In order to close this dispute, I demand the return of my honestly won money! Fortunejack, you have no right to steal money unilaterally like that! And then close the dialogue! I have verified my identity! You are obliged to carry out such a check on each account so that there are no matches! Then people will bet safely!
