I deposited $350 and won 2000. Tried to withdraw 1500 and it is decline with comments that a follow up email will be sent. Now my balance is also $70 short. I can't get answers on instant messaging or by calling. They just say a follow up email will be sent. Well...I'd like to know now. I read terms and conditions and followed the rules. I wasn't using bonus $. I am not pleased and if they want to keep my business, it needs to be taken care of. I want my winnings. Eventually, if it's handled, I'm sure I'll end up spending more than this but I need to know this is a reputable site in order to continue playing.

Should have said 1660...1600 plus the 60 fee not 1570. (Typo...sorry)
