I have been playing and depositing quite a bit. On Monday the 9th of July i requested a withdrawal amount of $700. mean
while we had a family emergency and the money to me would buy me a ticket to were i need to be worth family,. so the money would have been handy, so I contacted support via chat and i was told to email security. Ticket #U30VF.
the responded with basically no we have procedures etc ...so I waited and kept in touch with live chat.now on the evening of the 12th of july i asked again whats happening I was promised 3 working days, the guy said to me not to worry that the team was looking at it now and ill have it 100% tomorrow. i went to the rest room came back to see the $700 back in my playing account. again i jump online chat and the guy advised me that i needed to fill out a credit voucher, so i did not know why when i only just did all that in April. the problem is now i have to wait another 3 working days and today is Friday so i won't be getting it until next week. so now i have hit the 17th of july expecting to see my money move from pending to be declined again!

the thing is that I had already filled out a credit voucher in April. When I sent it through again the man I spoke with on the phone said that it was approved on the spot and I had to wait 72 hours and that by Tuesday I would have the money 100% Even accounts emailed me with the same outcome which I can provide. I waited for the 72 hrs again and to have the withdrawal reversed again.. this is a stuff up on their behalf for not checking my account and what I had sent in, a what you have written in my response is something I have already read. I would like to know why I'm being verified over and over when I have provided everything you guys should already have. it hasn't been 6 mths yet for me to renew or update.... please I need this money this week as I have waited over 10 days for
