Delayed payment with excuses
My wire transfer withdrawal on 5/27/2024 was approved on 6/3/2024 for $875.00. it is now 7/17/2024 and I keep getting various excuses as to why I have not received my funds. I have been a long time customer and do not understand how they can take funds immediately but will take months to issue a payout. I was told on 6/10/2024, that the processor was having an issue on their side. Then I was told on 6/11/2024 that it was still processing even after being approved on 6/3/2024. On 6/13/20024, I was told that an intermediary bank was holding a batch of player payouts including mine. On 6/24/2024, I was told that the processor is having delays and they are working on the glitch and there were technical issues. On 7/3, a month after my transfer was approved, I emailed again and was told "Wires and Paper Checks withdrawals is 5-7 business days, as you may know, we do not send payments straight to our customers, but we have a processor that does it on our behalf. Instead, crypto payments are usually received between 1-2 days.
If you wish to cancel your payment request(s) and choose a faster method, please inform our department and we will cancel your Withdrawals by crediting your account back and you can request a new payout." My question is why would a cancel my withdrawal and resubmit, only to have the same excuses and delays. So is it a glitch, an audit or potential fraud. I just want what is owed to me. Thank you
