Withdraw of 5900 euro

Hi, I have been playing at crazy fox casino, and made many deposits, my account is completely verified, and now for once I actually won. And wanted to pay out me money, the 5.000 was withdraw the 11/5/21 and the 900 was withdrawn the 19/5/21

None has gotten into my account even though they keep telling me to wait over and over again and again. They keep telling me I am being handled by the appropriate department. They cant give me any time frame, they simply just will not pay out what they owe me.

As the screenshots provide you with relevant information of my payouts and deposits.

Please help me get this in order, it can't be right that they can accept deposits within seconds and spend weeks paying out.

If anymore information is need please tell me I have a 40 email conversation also if you need it where they are just delaying themself again and again.

Withdrawal is slow

On the 1st January I made a 50€ deposit using Trustly and on the 2nd January I requested a 300€ withdrawal to Trustly.

And since then nothing has happened.

My account is fully verified and I have also previously made a withdrawal on the casino without any issues.

I have asked support if additional documents are needed from me to complete the withdrawal and their response was no.

The casino write on the website “Lightning fast withdrawals” and under faq how long time does a withdrawal take to process? Thru write usually within one hour.

I am fully aware that it is not always possible to do it that quick, but at this point it has been over five days.

When I asked chat support about the delay, their first response was “Payment provider issues” then second time I asked them it “we need to check gameplay” and then when I asked them third time “your account needs additional checks”

I have only played slots, and made sure to not exceed max bet rule and also made sure not to play any slots that are restricted in the terms while wagering a bonus.

So I hope to get the resolved asap 😊

2500 EUR withdrawal delay

Dear AskGamblers Team,

I am waiting for over 7 days for my withdrawal. I withdraw on 03 Apr 2023 via Bank transfer and nothing is happening. The Crazy Fox Support is telling me every day to wait but I waited enough long now. My account is fully verified. It is about 2500 EUR. They have everything they need and still don't pay out.

Disabled account and not doing anything about it to get it resolved

I have had multiple €5000,- withdrawals, untill the 15th of september out of nowhere my account got disabled.

I keep in contact with my ''VIP Manager'' named Elisabeth, she keeps saying that a different department has to check my account??

I have been fully verified on the website, and my account stays disabled for no reason.

I have a balance of almost €30.000 total, and they don't do anything about to it make me feel like it will be okay, I don't even get answer to why this is happening and why.

Since they have no license anymore in the Netherlands, they have to pay out my full balance.

Self exclusion with under casino with same licence

Hi,

I have had issues with a number of casinos operating under N1 Interactive (licence holder) which owns and operates a variety of casino brands, one of which is Crazy Fox Casino. I initially requested to be self excluded on 26/3/20 on BobCasino which is a casino operating under the N1 Interactive MGA licence which also operates CrazyFox casino and received confirmation via email of the self exclusion. I also emailed support to request I be blocked from all casinos under their licence due to gambling problems however I have been allowed to open an account with crazyfox and deposit the following amounts

I feel the Gaming operator’s responsible gambling system has severely failed me and my addiction was let take over and I lost control. I have contacted crazyfox by email and again emailed saying I wanted to close my accounts due to gambling issues but only then were all of my accounts deactivated across the N1 interactive casino network.
