Hi, I have been playing at crazy fox casino, and made many deposits, my account is completely verified, and now for once I actually won. And wanted to pay out me money, the 5.000 was withdraw the 11/5/21 and the 900 was withdrawn the 19/5/21

None has gotten into my account even though they keep telling me to wait over and over again and again. They keep telling me I am being handled by the appropriate department. They cant give me any time frame, they simply just will not pay out what they owe me.


As the screenshots provide you with relevant information of my payouts and deposits.

Please help me get this in order, it can't be right that they can accept deposits within seconds and spend weeks paying out.


If anymore information is need please tell me I have a 40 email conversation also if you need it where they are just delaying themself again and again.

The payment provider seems to be on vacation???

how can it be legally possible to keep the money back for this long.

no matter if its the payment provider or whoever it may be, its your casino and therefore your responsibility to make sure your payout's are made in time.

i payed out the 11/5 to make it very clear! its the 28/5 as of today.

as mentioned for your co-worker, I already have a lawyer looking into the case, send out numerous emails for news stations about this situation which many are very interested to hear about.

such a fraud company its almost amazing how your dragging your customers through mud.

I also considering to visit the office you guys have to get a real explanation on this situation, all I hear Is bad excuses.

my lawsuit is on the way. I expect to get paid fully and get. my legal fee's covered as well,

also, let the record show they have 3-7 business days to get the money to the customer's bank account.
