Dear AskGamblers Team,

I am waiting for over 7 days for my withdrawal. I withdraw on 03 Apr 2023 via Bank transfer and nothing is happening. The Crazy Fox Support is telling me every day to wait but I waited enough long now. My account is fully verified. It is about 2500 EUR. They have everything they need and still don't pay out.

We would be happy to share the last updates with you!

Please be informed that the withdrawal in question was already processed on April 17th, 2023 07:23 UTC, and the player has confirmed the arrival of funds to the bank account.

As for the account closure, player's account was closed under the N1 license due to failure to pass verification. As a licensed casino, we have strict rules and regulations regarding KYC procedure, which must be followed. NEMACYST was informed by email and was asked to provide necessary documents for the verification process, so we could consider the account reopening. At this moment, we are still waiting for the requested information from the player.

Summing up all the details, we believe that this complaint should be marked as resolved, as the withdrawal issue was resolved, and account reopening is being handled, but completely depends on player's will to complete the verification.
