CosmicSlots - Prize from a competition not rewarded
CosmicSlot Casino held a competition on their social media platform where they would award 150 euro and 150 free spins to 3 lucky winners.
I participated in the contest and I was among the 3 players that won the draw.
I received a private message on my account to submit my email address that’s linked to my casino account and I did. They said that the rewards would be credited to my account in max 48 hours. The draw took place on 30 May!
After 3 days I messaged them again on both their social media and on live support on their site but they didn’t even answer on social media and on their platform the support said the appropriate person was looking into it.
6 days have passed, and no response! So I decided to open a complaint here
