Cosmicslot casino don't process withdrawal from 15th January , account was verified 16th, They also don't respond to emails 4 days already. Live chat can't help, only ask to wait for replay from Financial department. Waiting week or more for verified account I think is too long. I already lost back €400 and €500 is pending from 15th January.
