I’ve contracted cocoa casino several times regarding my redemption, but no one is able to help. I’ve emailed support to no avail. Their emails are conflicting. They state up to 12 working days after the verification is completed, withdrawals are professed. I’m beyond the 12 business day requirement. Now they are telling me next week it will be paid. I withdrew. $101 and it shows pending on my account. Pleased help. It’s beyond the 12 business day requirement and the withdrawal is still pending.

I received an email advising me the payment would be issued next week. I was told the day I was verified that it would be released 12 working days after. This is more than the 12 working days they’ve asked me for. I’d just like my redemption. I cannot get a clear, honest response from them.
