No Bitcoin Payout since August

Hi, on 8/31 I submitted my withdrawal request for $500 in bitcoin ($500 is casino maximum and bitcoin is their only withdrawal method).

Casino policy is 1-7 business days for payout - we are far beyond that and casino told me on Sunday that my withdrawal had been prioritized and I was due to receive payment within 48 hours. No payment. They are stalling....Thank you for your help. - Mary G.

They wont send my money

Been trying to get a withdrawl for a month.First it was excuses about my id not verified. then after that they said it will be sent in 2 weeks. i made my withdrawal on 03/13/26.

They won't even reply anymore chat will just join then leave and ignore me. This place is a total scam. they have you deposit at least $20 to be able to withdrawal any winning from a bonus which they are boost keeping. All these scam casinos and there sister sites are pathetic scamming people over $20 is sad when they can make alot ore running a legit casino that pays. The house already has a edge now they just greedy.

Redemption not received

I’ve contracted cocoa casino several times regarding my redemption, but no one is able to help. I’ve emailed support to no avail. Their emails are conflicting. They state up to 12 working days after the verification is completed, withdrawals are professed. I’m beyond the 12 business day requirement. Now they are telling me next week it will be paid. I withdrew. $101 and it shows pending on my account. Pleased help. It’s beyond the 12 business day requirement and the withdrawal is still pending.

Amount removed from balance

On 6/12/2022, I won $1,430 at Cocoa Casino, and on 8/3/2022, I won $5,496 at Cocoa Casino. However, when I log in, my balance is listed as $0. I have not played off the amount that I've won. Why are my wins missing? I would like to request a withdrawal for the full amount owed, $6,926, assuming the amount wasn't removed from my balance for some legitimate reason.
