Withdrawal not possible, no help and different directions


Hello,

I deposited the first time at Club Riches Casino and used the Welcome Bonus. I wagered the entire amount as i provide in a screenshot below. When I want to make a withdrawal it says "System Error please contact Support". However the Situation is very confusing since the Support gives me every time another answer. One time the Support claimed the payment method is not available for me, so I tried every method I can use no method works. Then the Support claimed I need to complete the wager first, after I told them I did they confirmed that I wagered 100% but I still got no answer why I cant withdrawal.

The third time they claimed its because of missing kyc, however I uploaded documents but I never received any information if I need to do an kyc and also not an email that they received or started my kyc. I also tried to contact the support via mail but I didn't get an answer there. I want to know why I'm not able to withdrawal and how I get able to. I can provide the support chat screenshots for AG if needed.

Well i lost my money which would not have been going like this but the support took 1 Week to determin a simple problem. Anyways case can be showen as solved

I have taken a look at your above query and thank you for providing screenshots.

I can see on your account that you completed the wagering for the bonus but you didn't unfortunately wager the free spins that you were entitled to at the time. It would be in best interest that next time you wager the whole bonus first and then request a withdrawal so this situation does not happen again.

I am investigating the KYC part of this query and once I have a reply from our team I will be in touch on here.
