Error Withdrawal Error sending documents cant reach customer support
Hey. I have a problem with club riches casino. I can't get hold of them I'm trying to use Thei'r contact form to ask If my documents for verification are ok so I can proceed to my withdrawal of around 1000 Euros. It's always Errors for everything I'm trying to do regarding to my withdrawal.
Al from loading up documents, to contact support to trying to take a withdrawal.
Can you please help to get me in touch with this casino? I have sent them an email but nobody answers.

Unfortunately we can't do that because most of the time we are not aware there is a payment provider issue until a withdrawal with that method is used and then the team is informed of this as and when it happens. Of course if we knew this previously we would of advised you to use a different method before you first submitted.
I am sorry to hear you are experiencing issues with Neteller, please would you be able to provide me a screenshot of the error message you get when attempting and if it needs to be translated into English please could you do that for me so I can pass it onto our team as soon as possible.
