Delaying my withdrawal any verification process
Hi good day,
I would like to file a complaint about the uncommon delayed of payment and the requirements they are getting on me.
I filed a withdrawal last January 15 2023 and it cost about 38,000 Pesos (PHP). After that, I uploaded the files needed to be verified. Yes, it was already validated.
Then yesterday, January 16, I received an email that I need to submit a screenshot or a photo of the card I used for the deposit. I submitted it the same day. Then today, January 17, 2023, someone again emailed me that I need to send the back of the photo of the credit card I used. Its very unusual since the CVV will be visible. I covered it with sticker and sent it to them.
Now, I didn't received any response from them. Please see attached all the screenshots of the email and the withdrawal I made last January 15, 2023.
