Dear Askgamblers Team,
I opened an Account at Club Riches Casino 28/12/22.
i Made a deposit 315 Euro and Chose the 150% Bonus.
From the beginning i cant See the Bonus wager in my Dashboard so i asked in Chat, How much i have to wager.
I finished the Bonus wager completely and won 3000 Euro.
Than i uploaded my documents to verify my Account. They didnt verify it Till now.
Also i have a wrong Bonus Balance at my Account. They didnt Fix this mistake. I wagered the Bonus completely. I can Not pay out my winnings and the Chat is not very helpful.
I send all Chat transcripts and other photos.
Please help me to get my money.
