Withdrawal request pending for too long

Hello i created an account with this casino, won about 3000EU, verified my acc, proceed an withdrawal procedure which got accepted on 19.07.

Then they start delaying and not responding, after multiply emails and request for Super Visor they asked for changing payout to other form. I given bank acc, but again they stopped responding and i did not receive anything, its over three weeks, please help me.
