Hello Ask Gamblers Team,
I have deposit 200,00 € via ecopayz by casollo casino and now I am want to withdrawl money. I did my account verification few months ago and I have deposit and withdrawl few times there. I request my withdrawl on 20th January 2020 and the amount is 512,00 €. Casollo Casino do not response on my mails and the answer from the live chat was:"I am sorry, but I am only a technical support, I do not handle withdraws.".
So there is no way to contact the support from casollo.
I hope askgamblers can help me in my situation.
