Hello Askgamblers Team,

two months ago I made an account by casollo casino. I claim a bonus and I made the bonus turnover. Two weeks ago, I made a withdrawl, but I dont receive the money yet. The live chat support told me, that I will receive my money in calendar week 31. They do not answer on my mails and live chat is not available. Can you help me to get my money? I have 1800,00 € on my casollo account.
