Withdrawal delayed by three weeks

I have made made an account to Casollo on 1st July 2019. A took a 100 % deposit bonus and fulfilled the wagering requirement. I requested a withdrawal on 22nd July.
Now after three weeks, I am still waiting for the withdrawal to proceed. I have sent more than five e-mails (including all the required verification documents), but got zero responses. During the last two weeks, the live chat has told me many times that all the withdrawals will be ready "this week". Nothing has happened. The amount I am trying to withdraw is about 1030 €. I would appreciate a lot if I could get some help here.
