Withdrawal delayed by three weeks

I have made made an account to Casollo on 1st July 2019. A took a 100 % deposit bonus and fulfilled the wagering requirement. I requested a withdrawal on 22nd July.
Now after three weeks, I am still waiting for the withdrawal to proceed. I have sent more than five e-mails (including all the required verification documents), but got zero responses. During the last two weeks, the live chat has told me many times that all the withdrawals will be ready "this week". Nothing has happened. The amount I am trying to withdraw is about 1030 €. I would appreciate a lot if I could get some help here.

Delayed casino withdraw

I have had pending withdraw sinne 19.7.2020 for amount 700€. Chat wont help and nobody answer to any emails.

I have askel many times from chat about my withdraw and send many emails but nothing happening. I have send all documents and verify my account. I have 1 successful withdraw for amount 200 € before.

Delayed payment of 800 EUR

Hi, Casollo are delaying my withdrawal once again. I requested a withdrawal of 800€ a week ago, but it is still pending. Live support said that it will be processed in 24 hours, but nothing happened and I asked them again. Now they said that they can't help with payments and asked me to contact them via email. I've send them email but nobody replied it as usual. Could you help me?
My account has been verified a long time ago and I have made several deposits and withdrawals in the past.

I have submitted 250 euro withdrawal request but they are not responding my emails. More than 2 weeks ago I sent all the documents to verify my account and they did not even respond. On live chat they tell me that they are just support and they do not make decisions. Really strange situation

Hello, I registered 18.04.2020 have finished to play and win 4.900 Euro After the win I verify my account and send the pay out. Now its more than ten days and no information about my pay out live chat can't help. I have send much e-mails and don’t become one answer.

Im a verified player at casollo and won the maximum of 5000 euro 3 weeks ago. Because i can only withdrawal 2000 i have started with that amount. Unfortunately they keep saying the money is on its way, but i dont get anything. At this moment they also refuse to anwer me emails anymore. Before this time they answered my emails pretty fast and they have been clear and nice.

Hello. I checked into the Casollo Casino recently. Unfortunately, the company delays my withdrawal after the first game. I sent my documents and put the win to a withdrawal on March 7. Now, March 23. I made the last deposit Ecopayz on 20/02/2020, I received the 150% reload bonus and met the wagering bonus conditions, a day later on 21/02/2020 I did withdraw via Ecopayz 220e, unfortunately Casollo does not process my withdraw , I wrote e-mail to support but they do not reply to my message, I see that all complaints about ASK gamblers concern the same problem, delayed payments.

unfortunately I have to submit another complaint. Two weeks ago I made a withdrawal request in the amount of 415 Euro.

On their website they promise to process withdrawals within 12 hours, so I'm wondering why they delay the payout over and over again.

I really hope that with the help of AskGamblers we will solve this problem again.

Delay payment of 330e

Hello, i have asked payment from 10/3/20 with skril and the amount of 330 euros but when i asked them when i will receive my money they say 'i am only a techician support and to wait until next week' but i see that they see in they page that they have fast payouts,my verification has been done.also when never receive email anwser from them.i think they delays on purpose thanks for your help.
