Withdrawal confirmed but not paid
3 weeks ago I received a confirmation email that my €600 withdrawal had been accepted. I've made repeated attempts to find out any information about this withdrawal with live chat and also sent multiple emails requesting information. Live chat has told me the withdrawal should be finalized and because it isn't they'll send an urgent request to their withdrawal department. I haven't received any correspondence via email. I still have no idea what's happening. I haven't been given any answers as to why I haven't received the withdrawal or when I should expect it.
