Waiting for over 6 weeks for my withdrawal

I requested a withdrawal around 6 weeks ago from now for 1100 € wich still hasnt been processed - i emailed several times and also talked to live chat like 20 times and always was told i will receive an email when they will process it but nothing ever happened until today 09.09.2019.
I must say this is quite disapointing since i liked playing at the site before waiting for cashouts got longer and longer. i had some cashouts before this that all went through fine. At least i would like to be told whats the reason for the waiting ?

I just talked to a Cs Support named Robert after i saw the pending withdrawal wasnt visible anymore and basically he told i will get paid within a few days from now. I will update this thread as soon as the money arrived!

Delayed casino withdraw

I have had pending withdraw sinne 19.7.2020 for amount 700€. Chat wont help and nobody answer to any emails.

I have askel many times from chat about my withdraw and send many emails but nothing happening. I have send all documents and verify my account. I have 1 successful withdraw for amount 200 € before.
