Very delayed withdrawal
Hello dear team,
Would like to inform that as every other compliant against this casino, I am also not satisfied as I haven't received withdrawal from my legitimate winnings.
Firstly, let me tell the true story - I have registered to Casollo as a new player, with nickname "SmartScreen", because I like the games they offered, especially Quickspin games. I even haven't requested non-deposit bonus, making a deposit of 50 EUR just after registration was completed and approved. I lost this deposit in games. No problem, it is normal. Then I made a deposit of 10 EUR and a received a bonus of 50%, which was fulfilled through wagering requirements and resulted to 300 EUR of real money.
I requested withdrawal to my VISA card from where the deposit was made, then have been seeking for the withdrawal approval but one day discovered that they voluntarily changed the withdrawal sum from 300 EUR to 50 EUR. I started a discussion through email and wrote a CC for information to eCOGRA. eCOGRA replied to me with necessary information and steps to do if the withdrawal will never be received, but I suspended this case as Casollo sent me an excuse and approval of withdrawal of 300 EUR.
In T&C of the Casollo, it is written that the payment to VISA takes up to 24 hours, but in the confirmation email they wrote that it can take up to 2-3 business days to arrive to my bank account (VISA card).
However, the money is not arriving, and the stuff (I tried to chat with them in Casollo.com) is not upcoming and I have strong suspicion that they will not pay my withdrawal at all.
I will be glad if someone could take care and help me.
Also would like to say that this experience is first bad experience that really frustrating and because of that cases I am willing to quit gambling at all.
