Unresponsive for weeks and doesn't process my withdrawal request of €902
Hello everybody,
I have an issue with Casollo Casino about to withdraw my winnings. I requested a withdraw with them about 902€ on 26/06/2019 or 30/06/2019 which remains pending since them. My Account got verified in that timeframe. I gave it some time to get my withdrawal processed but nothing happens. I sent them on 13/07/2019 an email asking about the reason that the request doesn't get processed without answer.I couldn't reach their website because of a maintenance ot the site which is just fine. After I could log into my account again it was the last time I had contact with the casino. I'm not sure about the exact date but it must have been in mid of July. The LiveChat told me that the request might have been forgotten because of the maintenance, which is still acceptable for me, and that they will process it asap. After that conversation I haven't heard a word from them anymore or received my funds.
I contacted them several times since them. I tried to reach them via the LiveChat but no one is online. I tried different times on different days. I sent them via their email function at least 4 emails requesting them to contact me and update me on the status without any success. I am just not able to get in touch with them because they are not answering any of my messages.
I don't know what else to do and hope I can find some help here. Thank you in advance!
