Casollo casino - Stale of verification and withdraw
Hello! i have an issue with a casollo casino. At 02/01/2020 i made a deposit by the payment system ecopayz, so to make a withdrawal they asked me to provide a screenshots from ecopayz account, so i sent it instantly.
I asked on live chat how many time i need to wait to complete verification process, they answered me just what i need to wait for email. Passed 1 day ,2,3,4.... any email and on live chat they saying always the same - "Need to wait". I send an email to finance department and didn’t received any answer.
This is pathetic, they cant open 1 screenshot and check details for a 4 days, how it is even possible??? This is typical stale to make me loose all my wining, very dirty practice by the small casinos. Help me please, thank you!
