Payment delayed support idle

After many deposits with neteller at this casino i won something 882euro, (was 887 but system doesnt let me ask for full withdrawal)
i sent all documents required on december 29th to [email protected] , ID both sides, 2 neteller screen print + utility bill, they never reply (see atached file)

next day i asked for withdrawal but after daily emails to support [email protected] they answer this on january 11th:
We will check and reply ASAP

chat support dont know nothing about verification or withdrawal info, its useless.
Im real worry about this casino, having this kind of behavior avoiding contact and delaying payments.
