Hello. Askgamblers sent me an ad about this casino some time ago. I liked the site design, I registered with Casollo and started playing. On February 19, I requested a withdrawal of 550 euros to my Skrill wallet and waited. February 24, I contacted the operator in a chat, and he asked me to wait a bit. Good. I waited and again contacted them in a chat on February 26, they asked me to write a letter to them by mail. I wrote a letter on the 27th, but received no reply. On February 28, I again contacted the operator, and he again asked to wait. The Askgamblers website states that money is credited to your e-wallet within 24 hours. But 10 days passed, and the money was not even debited from my account with Casollo. I understand that they are not going to pay me money. Why do Askgamblers advertise a casino that doesn't pay? I ask you to help me find a solution to this problem. I can’t ask for a balance, since first I have to get the 550 euros requested on 02.19. The casino has to pay me a total of 948 euros. I attach all chat messages. I hope for your help. I passed the test, I do not live in the USA, I did not use bonuses.
