Payment delayed again

Hello, I requested a withdrawal of 400€ over a week ago but haven't heard anything about it after that and it is still in pending state on my account.
They seem to be delaying every payment by more than three weeks, can this be right?
AskGamblers helped me with a previous case and hopefully this one could also be resolved. Thank you so much for your help!
