Delaying €249 withdrawal

I made a deposit and received a 200% bonus on December 25, 2019, I have completed all requirements wager.
I did withdraw and sent the documents on 27/12/2019, unfortunately Casollo does not reply to my messages, I haven't received a reply to my email and my withdrawal is still not processed, live chat cannot help with withdrawals and Verification, I can't contact casino support, I don't understand if the casino doesn't receive my e-mails or they just ignore me, I would like a casino representative to write what the problem is because I can't contact it other than through ASK gamblers.

Based on submitter's last post AskGamblers Complaints Team consider this case as Resolved and it is officially closed now.

We would also like to use the occasion and suggest to player to submit new complaint against other casino with same owner, in case something goes wrong with their outstanding payments which were not part of the current complaint.
