Delayed withdrawal, no replies to inquiries

Hi, I made a withdrawal of 1400€ over a week ago. I also sent all the required documents before withdrawal and have followed all the bonus rules. They haven't replied to any of my emails and the chat is not working. Withdrawal is still pending.
Do you have any advice what should I do next?
