Hello, I have a Casollo account for a long time, my account verified a long time ago, I made many deposits and withdraws, recently my bitcoin deposit of the day 2019-12-06 09:52:10, amount 80e, I took the 150% reload bonus amount: 120e, I made bets Requirements in accordance with Casollo requirements,
then I did withdraw money 880e Date: 2019-12-08 10:06:41, after that I don't get any response, support doesn't answer, live chat is never helpful.

I want to make a complaint because I do not receive my withdraw and I cannot contact support regarding my withdraw money.
Does Casollo Casino still pay out money to players?

Delayed casino withdraw

I have had pending withdraw sinne 19.7.2020 for amount 700€. Chat wont help and nobody answer to any emails.

I have askel many times from chat about my withdraw and send many emails but nothing happening. I have send all documents and verify my account. I have 1 successful withdraw for amount 200 € before.

Delayed payment of 800 EUR

Hi, Casollo are delaying my withdrawal once again. I requested a withdrawal of 800€ a week ago, but it is still pending. Live support said that it will be processed in 24 hours, but nothing happened and I asked them again. Now they said that they can't help with payments and asked me to contact them via email. I've send them email but nobody replied it as usual. Could you help me?
My account has been verified a long time ago and I have made several deposits and withdrawals in the past.

Im a verified player at casollo and won the maximum of 5000 euro 3 weeks ago. Because i can only withdrawal 2000 i have started with that amount. Unfortunately they keep saying the money is on its way, but i dont get anything. At this moment they also refuse to anwer me emails anymore. unfortunately I have to submit another complaint. Two weeks ago I made a withdrawal request in the amount of 415 Euro.

On their website they promise to process withdrawals within 12 hours, so I'm wondering why they delay the payout over and over again.

Hello, i have asked payment from 10/3/20 with skril and the amount of 330 euros but when i asked them when i will receive my money they say 'i am only a techician support and to wait until next week' but i see that they see in they page that they have fast payouts,my verification has been done.also when never receive email anwser from them.i think they delays on purpose thanks for your help.
