Delayed payment of 450eur

Hello.
Please help with casollo.com. I requested a withdrawal from this site on 24/01/2020 in the amount of 450 eur. I have been assured in the chat that there are no late payments and that my withdrawal will be processed within 2 business days. It's been six business days and I haven't received my money. They don't reply to my emails and they say in the chat that they know nothing. Can you help me please.

I don't blame you for waiting a week (although this is a bad standard in 2020), the sad thing is that you can't keep your word and avoid contact with customers.
