Delayed payment for 2 weeks, €5k in limbo

Hi, first of all I want to point out to the fact that the last thing I played on Casollo.com was the game FA FA SPIN slots to make sure you won't reject my complaint again (I've enclosed a screenshot). So here is the complaint: I've requested a withdrawal of 2,000 EUR almost two weeks ago and it's still pending. On top of that I have a remaining balance of 3,052.68 EUR (Sep 19). It's worth mentioning that my first withdrawal has been processed after 7 days although the live chat agent Robert said that the usual processing time is 2 business days. Since I'm seeing a lot of complaints about delayed payments right now with some of the customers already be waiting for more than 6 (!) weeks I'm seriously concerned about whether I will receive all of my funds.
