Delay payment and verification

Hi,

i send documents to this casino on 8th august. still no reply. also their chat has never been online during this time period. i have left messages to them there, and also tried to contact again via email. I get no replies at all.

I have also made withdrawal of 1247e on the day i send documents.

I read lots of complains from this group, that they have very slow payment process, but didnt expect it to be this bad.
Can you help me please.
