550 euro withdrawal delayed

I would kindly ask for help regarding delayed withdrawal on 550 euro which I made on 2019-12-28. It was my second withdrawal, so my account was already verified and at the first time there were not any problems and no delay. Live chat seems to be unable to help and refers to email helpdesk but unfortunately email helpdesk probably does not exist or at least they don't usually write back. I would like to sustain my positive personal opinion about Casollo but in order to do that I need Your help with my withdrawal to be completed.
