Withdrawal not processed after a week and no answer


I play at casino4dreams . My withdrawal is now pending for 1 week without any progress. Ist 300 euro, No answer from my emails, ( 5 emails sends ) no information from the live chat , I asked many times - only laconic information that one day maybe you don't know when.

The site does not display the game history, there is no display of the transaction history, deposits and withdrawals, its not good.

Please help.
