Refund delayed due to casino being unresponsive
I wish to make about casino4dreams casino. On march 15th I opened up an account and deposited 100 euros, however as I'm from UK no games were available. Not sure why I was allowed to sign up. I spoke to a rep on live chat and was told to email to get my refund. I have had no response regarding refund even though I have sent numerous emails, I also spoke to live chat again but just keep getting told they will contact office to respond to me. Its been over a month now, I just want my deposit of 100 euros returned to me. I will attach proof of live chat conversation.
