No follow-up on the requested withdrawal
I have the same experience as others which had problems with Casino4Dreams when it comes to make a withdrawal by this Casino.
On Monday evening I did a request for a withdrawal of EU 750,00. But on Friday nothing has happened. I had Tuesday send documents like a ID, bankaccount, etc. On Wednesday and Thursday I have send an email to the Casino, but they were not answered. I had contact with the online-Chat, but I only get vague reasons why there was a delay (they were on holliday (?), I should not have send documents, etc).
Meanwhile I have reased today the amount for withdrawal to EU 1.650,00 , with a request on email that a like to hear what will happen now, but also now I have heard nothing from them. Like the Casino is already not in use anymore. I simply have received one reaction of them.
I think the only way to solved this problem, is to make a complaint here.
