Casino Z - Serious support issues

Let me introduce myself, I have been an online casino player for quite some time, so I know quite well the various procedures to go through when starting to play at an online casino.
Usually I check the bill and then start playing, from the first moment they didn't know how to give me information about it, they always replied that if they needed the security department they would ask me, OK.
So I start playing and making various deposits with cards and cryptocurrency, after several deposits I try to withdraw 1000 euros and here the ordeal begins.
In short, they refuse me both the withdrawal with crytpovaluta and the one with mastercard, I thought they asked me for the documents for verification, but nothing, they never talk about verifying the account and they insist on telling me that my card does not accept the withdrawal, I with this card I withdraw and deposit in any casino I can bring the evidence.
Moral of the story is I have 1000 euros still there for a week they never ask me for verification and they refuse me the two withdrawal methods with which I previously made deposits,(not to mention the chat responses received after half an hour, and by email after two days)
How should I proceed to be able to withdraw these 1000 euros?
