Casino Z - Not setting the deposit limit asked for
I asked for a deposit limit of 500 set on my account on the 11/01/20 , I asked in chat and they did not set the limit they said I had to email them so I done that , then they stoped me playing and asked for all my verification documents, it took them less than 5 hours to verify my documents but they did not change my limit like asked. They manged to verify my documents and still not done my depoist Limit , I have now depoisted over 4000 euros and I demand a refund for all depoists made as they did not set my limit.
if they would of set the deposit limit like asked I would of only lost 500 euros I have now lost over 4000 euros due to them not complying with responsible gambling.
please look at the times and note that i asked live support over 15 times to make a set a depoist limit and they did not.
I now have asked them to close my account permently and get a refund for the depoists that should of not been made!
This casino is striaght out for any money they can grab and do not care about the customer please help!
