Oranje Casino - Allowed me to deposit after I asked them to close my IP and account permanently

Hello I am writing complain about oranje casino

on 27.12.2012 i ask casino to close my account pernamently and also to block my IP adress becouse i have gambling problems and i dont wanna play anymore and i like to close my account pernamently
but casino let me to open new account today with sam Ip adress and i spend 3 thousend euro thy just let me to deposit money afther i ask them to close my account pernamently
this is the email i send them 3 years ago

I've closed your account and your IP address, would you like me to block your
email address so you can't use it to register with?

and today i open new account my IP adress was not block and thy let me deposit 3 thousend euro and spemd all afther i ask them to close pernamently becouse i have gambling problems

i will like to get back my money i spend becouse i ask them to close my account many times becouse i have gambling problems
