Withheld withdrawal request, excessive verification delay

Ok, I'm not usually one to complain and previously I have had only positive experiences with Casino Gods but this recent withdrawal issue has been by far the worst experience with an online casino regarding a withdrawal I have had. I've tried every avenue before this to resolve this directly with the casino without resolution so here I am.

I made a withdrawal request with this casino on 04.04.2020, yep 14 days ago now. After 72 hours I was then asked to verify my account which I thought odd as this would be my 4th withdrawal from the casino, but no issue, I sent through all requested documents. Since then I have been rerequested documents which I had already sent through and every time after the maximum timeframe of 72 hours, now getting to the point where it seems they are deliberately stalling and to be Frank, taking the piss. I am bringing this here not to drag their name through the mud but just to finally get a resolution to this and my withdrawal which I won fair and square finally paid out to me. I think 2 weeks is long enough.
