Self excluded but not been paid my outstanding balance of £256.83

I self excluded from casino gods on 31/08/2022 and was assured I would receive my £256.83 balance to my E-wallet that was confirmed with the casino and have had no correspondence since then, I’ve not been updated and have only been told on the 31/08/2022 that it has been passed to the relevant team to manually send the funds to me.

This is the same response I’ve had from the first engagement, nothing has been resolved nor does it look to be heading to resolution, this seems to be a generic response to buy more time.

Please enlighten me in detail in which aspect of the query casino gods is looking into, as £256.83 is a lot of money to people and you’ve withheld that over 10 days or so now, having self excluding myself from your site I’m still left having to refer back to you which isn’t very pro active.
