Waiting 6 months for withdrawal now

Have been waiting since 12th December for my PayPal withdrawal of 209.00, sent lots of emails and raised complaints. Ignored. Go on live chat they said they will speak to the team but I can’t speak to them directly? I’m fed up have provided so much identification and documents they’ve asked for. Ignored email for two months, then got a reply…

This was then changed last month and they said I hadn’t conducted myself correctly on their website so they wouldn’t send the £209 instead I could have my £135 I deposited back. At this point I just want my money back. So I tried to withdraw by PayPal. Came up saying I couldn’t as I didn’t deposit with this method… which I did. Emailed them again no response so emailed again sent screenshots. Said they would escalate it. Still nothing. Tried to withdraw with debit card which went through then a day later had an email saying I had to use PayPal!!! Tried again and same issue. What is going on here I just want my money back and I will never darken this websites doorway again. Emailed again this week, no response, have chased again but not holding my breath.
