Withdrawals nor received

Sent all required documents in and have been verified. They are refusing to pay me my pending withdrawals following some back and forth emails, and have now locked my account due to ‘gambling issues.’ Furthermore preventing me from accessing my account and going to the live chat to request an update on when I will receive my pending withdrawals. Please help!
