After having to wait well over 2 months to have my account verified, with almost no communication from support, I was forced to make a complaint here to have my account unblocked. It took two days to resolve that issue after creating the ADR complaint. Now it looks like I'm forced to make another one as my withdrawal has been pending for almost 2 weeks. When I contact support I'm simply told that it's "pending review", but two weeks is a ridiculous amount of time for reviewing a withdrawal of only £700. It's clear that the casino is delaying the payment out of spite.
