Three weeks for refund
I closed my account over three weeks ago and had to jump through several hoops, back and fourth, to be able to close the account and request my funds.
After 17 emails and 8 live chat sessions where I am told that they apologise and that it has been "Escalated" to the relevant department, I am at my wits end with this company.
I never receive any emails to inform me that the funds have been returned and I have to sit and wait or start a live chat to ask what is going on.
After 21 days of this farce, I have been told this morning that...... "I have escalated the issue and apologies"
How does one simply get a refund of their account balance, we are only talking around £775!
