Payment Delayed for Months and Account Closed
Several months back I won £1400 on casino gods. I requested a withdrawal of £700 and was sent a document request to have my account verified. I sent in these documents, but my account was locked. My £700 withdrawal was paid, but I was no longer able to access the remaining £700 balance on my account. I contacted support via live chat and was told I would receive an email with more information. The email was an exact copy of the previous one requesting the documents. I sent these in and after some time of not hearing back I contacted support again. I was then told that my account had permenantly closed, with no reason given. I had to contact support to discover this, as they did not send me any correpsondence letting me know my account had been closed. I asked the chat agent about my balance and was told they leave a note on my account for the withdrawal of the £700 on it. This was a month ago, when I contacted support today (01/02/2020) the agent told me there had been no update and that he could help me no further. I ran into the same issue on my account on Casino Gods sister site, Peela, where I was unable to access my £300 balance.
